At Petalpastee, we value your trust and want your shopping experience to feel clear and effortless. Take a moment to review the guidelines below so everything stays smooth from order to delivery.


1. Return Policy

  • At Petalpastee, we want your experience to stay smooth and worry-free. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

  • A return or exchange is only considered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or missing, and the claim is supported with a full unboxing video.

  • To review any claim, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Refund, Store Credit & Exchange

  • Petalpastee does not offer cash refunds for damaged or defective products. Once a claim is approved, store credit valid for 1 month will be issued.

  • No refunds are provided during sales or promotional events under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective items and will be processed based on stock availability.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Regular orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

  • Orders placed during sales, discounts, or promotional events cannot be cancelled.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To review any claim for a damaged, defective, or missing item, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video must show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The full opening process without cuts or pauses

  • The product exactly as received

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.

If your parcel arrives with a broken seal, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.


5. Shade, Variant & Order Modifications

  • We do not provide exchanges or refunds for shade mismatch, personal preference, or if the product does not suit you.

  • No changes can be made once an order is placed, including shade, variant, quantity, or address. Please review all details carefully before checkout.


6. Reporting Window

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted, as they fall outside our processing window.


7. Return Shipping (If Requested)

If the Petalpastee team instructs you to return a product, please send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
